Ordering
Placing an order is quite simple. If you encounter any issues, below is a step-by-step guide to help you through the process.
- Add your desired products to the shopping cart and then click "checkout."
- You will be directed to the checkout page. You can place an order without an account, but creating one is very useful for future orders.
- If necessary, fill in the billing and delivery address on this page.
- Choose your shipping and payment method and review your order.
- After placing your order, you will be redirected to the payment environment of your chosen payment method.
- Once the payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with all the details of your order.
- We will keep you informed about your order via email.
Payment
For paying your order, you can choose from several payment methods. Below you will find more information about each of the available options.

iDEAL
iDeal is an online payment method that allows you to make purchases easily through your own bank. With iDeal, you pay securely and reliably. This can be done via the mobile banking app on your phone or through the online banking platform of your bank. No registration is required for an iDeal payment. You can use iDeal if your bank is part of the iDeal network. Here's how it works:
- Select the "iDeal" option at checkout and choose your bank.
- You will be directed to your bank's payment environment, where you enter your account and card number.
- Choose how you'd like to complete the payment (e.g., Rabo Scanner or QR Code).
- Click on pay, and your order is complete. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details. The payment will be immediately reflected in your account.
Bank Transfer
You can also pay for your order through a bank transfer. Here's how it works:
- Select "bank transfer" at checkout.
- After confirming your order, you will receive an email from us with instructions.
- At the bottom of this email, you’ll find all the necessary details for making the bank transfer.
- Please include the order number in the reference when making the transfer.

Pay By Bank
Pay By Bank is a payment method similar to iDEAL in the Netherlands. Many banks are now connected to Pay By Bank. It is a guaranteed online bank transfer, meaning the payment is received immediately, and your order can be shipped quickly.
- Select “Pay By Bank” for payment.
- Choose your country and the bank you want to pay with.
- Then log in to your bank’s online banking environment.
- All payment details will be pre-filled, and you only need to approve the payment.
- Once completed, you will receive a confirmation, and your order will be shipped as soon as possible.
Sending Cash (Euros only)
In addition to online payments and bank transfers, it is also possible to pay for your order with cash. Only euros are accepted—no checks or local currencies. If you choose this option, you will need to send the money in cash. We recommend sending it via registered mail, as we are not responsible for lost cash. Here’s how it works:
- Select "Send Cash" at checkout.
- After completing the order, you will receive a confirmation email with details of the payment and the address to send the money.
- Keep in mind that the order will only be shipped after we have received the payment.

Bancontact
Belgian account holders can make online purchases using Bancontact with their bank card. This method is secure, reliable, and quick. Here’s how it works:
- Select Bancontact/Mister Cash as the payment method.
- Enter the card number from your Bancontact card.
- You will then be redirected to your bank’s secure payment environment, where you can log in with your phone or card reader.
- Confirm the transaction, and once confirmed, you will receive a confirmation of the successful payment.

Billink
With Billink, you can pay after receiving your order. Billink is the most popular provider for post-payment in the Netherlands. Here’s how it works:
- Select Billink at checkout.
- Fill in your details.
- Your order will be shipped.
- You will receive an invoice via email.
- Pay the invoice within 14 days.
- You can always check the current amount in the Billink app.

Credit Card
It is not possible to pay with a credit card. Credit card companies charge a high fee (around 10%) for transactions, which is passed on to the retailer. Additionally, credit card payments are prone to fraud, which can result in significant financial losses for the store. If you still wish to use a credit card, you could do so via TransferWise or Western Union, but these services also charge a fee, which we do not reimburse.
